Lutterworth Road is a very desirable location and we were immediately impressed by the space when we first viewed the property. Its light and bright throughout and we got a really warm feeling about the house when we first walked through the door, it just felt right say the vendors.As a family, we like to spend a lot of time outdoors walking our dog and were spoilt for choice within the surrounding area. There is a lovely park and beautiful fields nearby where we can take the dog for a good run. In fact, our friends find it hard to believe that our family photos taken in the local park is just down the road from us!The garden is a very private, green space with lots of shrubs, trees, birds and the occasional squirrel. The conifers do a great job of masking any traffic noise and the apple tree is full of delicious fruit in the summer. We spend a lot of time outside, particularly in the summer months and there is a lovely shaded area at the bottom of the garden if the sun gets too much.The conservatory area is used all year round, thanks to the roof and central heating. We often open the French doors and just sit and relax, watching the birds in the garden. Its also a great room for entertaining as we can fit our big dining table in here. The study area is a perfect space to work from home and my husband can chill out in there whilst my daughter and I watch a film in the front room. Theres plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing.What is your favourite room?The front sitting room is a large, light and bright room and we like to gather here as a family. The built in BOSE system is perfect for when we settle down to watch a movie.What do you like about the surrounding area?The road transport links are fabulous, making London and Birmingham easily accessible and the train station in Nuneaton town centre is just a short drive away.The house is perfect for entertaining. The conservatory area opens out into the garden which has been the scene of numerous birthday parties involving bouncy castles and pools!Why are you leaving?Our work commitments have recently changed and so we have to move on but we will miss the friendly neighbourhood and the convenience of living here, as everything we need is easily accessible.
